About Us

The History of Kale & Co

The firm was founded in January 1998 when Mrs R Sandhu-Kale set up in practice. The practice has seen continuous development, helped by Mrs Sandhu-Kale’s philosophy that ‘the solicitor/client relationship is of paramount importance’.

The practice has gone from strength to strength; in 2002 Mrs Sandhu-Kale’s achievements were recognised when she was awarded Business Woman of the Year by the Black Country Business Association. She has since gone on to make guest appearances on radio and Legal TV. She has recently become a member of Resolution, a group of family lawyers who are committed to constructively resolving family disputes.

Mrs Sandhu-Kale has also been actively involved in a number of groups; in the past Mrs Sandhu-Kale has been a treasurer and board member for a local charity organisation which helps abused women, and currently Mrs Sandhu-Kale is a patron of a local childrens charity and the founding member of Inspirational Women, a motivational group aimed at providing advice and assistance to women in business.
